This dictionary is designed to assist students who are currently studying in the hospitality industry, especially in the food and beverage field. It is intended to provide an overview of the terms used in the food and beverage service course. The dictionary is compiled using a variety of sources related to food and beverage. This dictionary is organized based on themes namely part of restaurants, restaurant stuffs, cutlery, crockery, food, beverage, cooking methods, making reservations, taking food orders, serving food, and other related themes. We would like to thank the students of DIII English Study Program of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha for motivating us to write this dictionary.
